White Ark was selected by Alcalosa Forwarding to design and construct a new Warehousing & Distribution Center on an 8-acre site in Laredo, Texas.  The new facility is just under 40 thousand square feet and features an administrative area of 4,000 square feet, an additional 7,200 square feet of open-air covered dock area, and parking for 88 trailers & 34 vehicles.  The new facility also offers the latest technology in warehouse construction such as 100% LED Lighting.

 

White Ark promised & delivered the project in less than 1 year within budget.

 

The facility will employ 30+ personal with ability to expand in the future.
